Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Pako website at pako.gg and the Pako Discord bot. By signing in or adding the bot to a server, you agree to them.

The service

Pako is an intelligent Discord bot that joins voice channels to answer, play music, search the web and remember context, with a dashboard to configure it per server. We may change or improve features over time. Pako is in early access and is provided on a best-effort basis.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to add Pako to a server and to configure it. You agree to use Pako lawfully, to follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and not to use it to harass, deceive, or distribute harmful or illegal content. You are responsible for the personality and settings you configure.

Accounts & access

Access uses Discord authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access that abuses the service or puts it at risk.

Subscriptions

Some features require an active subscription per server. During early access, access may be granted manually. Pricing and billing details will be presented before any charge applies.

Intellectual property

Pako, its name and the site are ours. Content you provide (e.g. configuration text) remains yours; you grant us the permission needed to operate the service for you.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. Generated responses may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for important decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Pako at any time by removing the bot and revoking its Discord authorization. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
